About the Office

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, David P. Rapaport's Manhattan, New York office is JCAHO accredited. The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) is a US based non-profit organization formed in 1951 with a mission to maintain and elevate the standards of healthcare delivery through evaluation and accreditation of healthcare organizations.  Organizations such as the plastic surgeon's office, are deemed to be in compliance with all applicable standards are considered to be "accredited".

Doctor Rapaport performs all his plastic surgery procedures on-site in his boutique style surgical facility (as opposed to a hospital).  His surgical suite is intimate and  personal and includes a fully trained and caring staff.

Daphne Landau: Office Manager. Ms. Landau is a native New YOrker who graduated with Honors with a Bachelors or Arts in English from Queens College with a concentration in Pre-Med. She is planning to pursue a medical degree with a specialty in obstetrics and gynecology.

Karolina Chadorowska: Certified Medical Assistant.  Ms.  Chadorowska has been working with Doctor Rapaport for over 2 years.  Ms.  Chadorowska is studying to be an aesthetician.  She provides Dr. Rapaport with clinical assistance during all in-office procedures and examinations.

All of the anesthesiologists employed by Doctor Rapaport are Board Certified MD's with years of office anesthesia experience.  The anesthesiologists who work with the Board Certified Plastic Surgeon include:

John Grillo, MD,  Board Certified Anesthesiologist: with over 11 years of experience.  He has been with Doctor Rapaport for 5 years.

Tim Vanderslice, MD, Board Certified Anesthesiologist: with 17 years of experience.  He has been with Doctor Rapaport for 7 years.

Steven Alfrond, MD,  Board Certified Anesthesiologist: with 13 years of experience.  He has been with Doctor Rapaport for over 5 years.
